Frequently Asked Questions

When should I arrive for my surgery?

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to allow time for staff to complete the administrative portion of your chart into our database. You may be asked to reschedule if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time or do not have the above listed items. Should you anticipate running late to your appointment, PLEASE call our office to let us know and we can verify if you can still be seen. Please feel free to contact our office at (682)-224-3748 if you have any questions. We are available Mon-Fri from 8AM-5PM.

How long does it take to get an appointment?

Next available appointment will be scheduled, normally within one week. (we also accommodate any urgent needs for all our patients)

What should I bring to the appointment?

List of current medications, current insurance card (including any secondary or medicare replacement plans), drivers license/ID and means to pay any out of pocket costs depending on your insurance plan benefits. Co-pays must be made at the time of service.

Where do I park?

Parking will be in the parking garage connected to our downtown Fort Worth office building. Please be aware of parking garage fees during your time of visit (parking garage fees are to be paid in cash). There are no parking fees at our other locations.

What hospitals are you affiliated with?

Our physicians are affiliated with Medical City Fort Worth, Medical City North Richland Hills, Medical City Alliance, Medical City Arlington, Medical City Weatherford, Baylor All Saints, Texas Health Resources (Downtown, Southwest), Carrolton Regional, Dallas Medical Center.

What does surgery cost?

Cost of surgery depends on the type of insurance plan you have as well as the coverage. In addition, it will depend on the type of procedure our doctors will perform. Further details and any questions will be discussed at the time of your visit. We want to make sure we walk you through the whole process and give you all the information you need on what to expect.
